There is a pellet stove which can heat the entire house for less than DKK 50.00/day during the winter (pellets can be bought at the house, there is a manual) In the garden there are swings, a sandpit, activity tower with slide and petanque court at 3x12 m. 45 m² covered terrace with a great opportunity to enjoy the sun. The house was built of quality materials including a heat recovery system that ensures a very low energy consumption. No letting to youth groups.
