In the heart of Marstal's old town lies this charming cottage from 1770, which has been continuously renovated with respect for the original atmosphere. The house is a classic townhouse on two levels with space for five overnight guests divided between two spacious bedrooms and a loft. The kitchen is open to the dining room and is equipped with, among other things, ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. There is a fast internet connection throughout the house. From the living room there is access to a south-facing courtyard, and in addition there is a private, enclosed and undisturbed tiled courtyard to the house - perfect for long summer evenings. The cottage is located close to the pedestrian street, cafes and the cozy city life, in the middle of the historic skipper's town. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
