Experience a hot bath in the bubbling whirlpool tub... that's what vacation is all about. This holiday apartment features one bathroom with a beautiful, large shower, a whirlpool tub, a toilet, and a large vanity.
The bright, welcoming rooms and modern yet cozy furnishings invite you to truly unwind in this perfect oasis of well-being. Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor but is not wheelchair accessible, as there are some steps within the unit.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player , and stereo system with CD player. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the south-facing terrace, where a seating area invites you to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Naturally, all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras (refrigerator with a zero-degree zone, ceramic induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven with grill, etc.) and leaves nothing to be desired. An iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are provided in the property so that our guests truly lack nothing.

Exterior:
A beautifully landscaped south-facing terrace provides this property with sunshine from morning till evening. Here you'll find a seating area where you can comfortably start the day with breakfast or end it with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
Storage rooms for bicycles and parking spaces for cars are located directly at the house.

General:
Rentals during peak and shoulder seasons are only available for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with arrival possible Monday through Sunday. We reserve the right to offer shorter rental periods if they become available.
Linen packages include towels (2 hand towels, 1 bath towel), bath mats, a tea towel (no beach or sauna towels), and complete bed linen. Naturally, the beds will be made upon your arrival if you have ordered linen packages or if they are included. We also provide a one-time supply of toilet paper and kitchen roll. With prior notice, we are happy to provide a crib and highchair for a one-time fee; the crib will, of course, be made up as a courtesy for our youngest guests.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions and are charged separately.
We love animals, but we ask for your understanding that we only allow pets if certain rules are accepted and followed. Please feel free to ask us about these rules or read them here on our website.
We also offer our guests a shopping service and try to do everything we can to ensure you can enjoy your holiday, the best days of the year, exactly as you wish.
