The house is located right on the edge of the central car park. This park is within walking and cycling distance of the sea and beach. Living room and kitchenThe house has a spacious, open-plan kitchen with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a fridge with separate freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine (filter and Senseo), kettle and enough cooking and baking utensils to prepare the most delicious dishes. Via the dining area, you reach the living room with a cosy seating area with television. The living room gives direct access to the terrace via a sliding door.SanitaryThe house has a bathroom with washbasin, shower and 2nd toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. This makes the house suitable for families as well as groups of friends. Three bedroomsThe house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed (box spring) with double duvet. This room also has a spacious wardrobe. Via the stairs you reach the first floor.
