When you enter, you find the living - dining room in the same space. This is the perfect place to relax all together watching a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or to enjoy family meals with the AC while it is hot outside. The kitchen, which can also be accessed from one of the little terraces, is pure comfort. It offers a gas stove, large countertops, oven and a table with two chairs to enjoy a tea or a coffee. The accommodation comes with one shower bathroom and a toilet as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. An AC unit at the corridor will refresh the bedrooms. Two of them offer a double bed each and the last one has two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The house also offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, the owner of the house are committed to the environment and that's why the house works with solar pannels.

A short 2 minutes walk leads you to the paradisaical beach in Puerto de Alcudia. The crystalline and shallow waters, the extensive white and fine sand and the soft surf make this beach perfect for families with children or water sport lovers. The restaurants by the seashore invite to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and admire the amazing sunset. You will find all needed services, specially in the summer.
