To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount to be paid at the time of reservation. Only once this payment has been received is your booking considered confirmed. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your arrival.
In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit (50%) will be retained. For cancellations made less than 7 days before your stay, the full rental amount (100%) will be charged.
Upon arrival, we kindly ask for a cash security deposit of €250. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused and the property is left in a clean and tidy condition.
