Schönes Ferienhaus mit Schwächen
Contra: Unerwähnte, super steile Treppe zum Haus ohne Geländer und Beleuchtung mit losen Steinen. Für ältere Menschen oder kleine Kinder nicht zu bewältigen teilweise ernsthaft gefährlich. Als Wegbeschreibung lediglich zu sagen 30 Meter bis zum zweiten Haus ist schön frech!
Terrasse bzw Garten eher lieblos, ungepflegt.
Der sogenannte Parkplatz ist nur für kleine Autos (Smart, Fiesta, Fiat 500 o.ä.) zu empfehlen. Er ist uneben und steil. Haben mit unserem Kombi mit dem Unterboden aufgesetzt. Ein Fall für die Werkstatt!
Fazit: Kann man schon buchen wenn man die Nachteile kennt und sie einem nichts ausmachen.
Für den Preis könnte der Besitzer aber mal investieren!
