You have the right to cancel at any time prior to the beginning of your stay. What is decisive for determining the cancellation fee is the time when you cancellation is received by us.
Cancellations fees are as follows:
For cancellation up to 31 days prior to the start of the rental period, this is 10% of the total rental price but at least
Euro 50,00 (compensation for administrative duties resulting from your cancellation)
For cancellations from 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rental price;
For cancellations from 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 80% of the rental price;
For cancellations received later than this and in the event of a no show, the full rental price will be charged as laid out in the rental agreement.
Should the property in question be rented to a third party after your cancellation, either for the entire period or part of it, you will only pay the balance between the cancellation fee and the rental payments received in actuality. This is in addition to an administration fee of Euro 50,00.

Einfach schön!
Die Casa liegt wunderbar ruhig, sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und der Strand ganz nah!

Es ist wunderbar dort Urlaub zu machen.
Zauberhaftes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten am Meer
Schon die 2. Woche sind wir nun hier
Und wir wollten doch gerne mal unserer Freude an diesem Haus Ausdruck geben.
Man kann so gut spüren mir welcher Liebe Sie es bewohnen, gestalten, haben. Und welche Freude Sie haben, hier zu sein.
Alles ist so angenehm, umsichtig und wohltuend gestaltet.
Wie freuen uns daran und genießen unsere Zeit hier sehr.
Wir genießen auch die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Meer - und wir lieben Apulien.

Wundervolle Casa, Traumstrand und viel Ruhe
Der Hausstrand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und war selbst Ende Juli wochentags wenig besucht. Nur am Wochenende war er voller. Wir verbrachten alle unsere Badetage dort, zu schön und zu angenehm war der Hausstrand, um auch nur auf die Idee zu kommen, andere Strände zu erkunden.
Liebe Fam. Kremer, wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in der Casa Barbara und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Eines der Highlights ist der von Kräutern bewachsener Weg an den Strand (Gehzeit 3 Minuten). Der Strand ist sehr sauber und die Wasserqualität ist hervorragend. Besonders anzumerken ist, dass unter der Woche sehr wenig Bewegung am Strand ist. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder.
Corona zum Trotz!
Herzlichen Dank, dass wir auch in diesem Jahr ihre Gäste sein durften! Lange war nicht klar, ob wir unseren Urlaub genießen können.
Aber es hat zum Glück dann doch noch alles gepasst!
Wir hatten wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa und haben Land und Leute und das herrliche Meer genossen! Vielleicht sogar noch intensiver als im letzten Jahr.
Gerne denken wir an die schönen Tage zurück.
Antonio und Orietta haben uns wieder ganz lieb empfangen und wir hatten wieder 2 Fahrräder mit denen wir gerne durch die Olivenhaine gefahren sind oder zum Einkaufen nach Maruggio und am Meer zurück.
Das Haus und der Garten haben einfach alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht!
Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub am Ionischen Meer
Für unsere Kinder war auch das immer bestens funktionierende Wlan ein nicht unwichtiger Faktor!
Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch in diesem Jahr wieder vom Feinsten! Wer sich im Urlaub so richtig entspannen und zum Sonnenuntergang auf der tollen Dachterrasse ein ausgezeichnetes Glas Primitivo di Manduria genießen möchte ist hier absolut richtig! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Das Haus ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in die Umgebung geeignet.
(Matera, Alberobello, Lecce.....)
Außerdem liegt es nur wenige Schritte von einem tollen Strand mit glasklarem Meer entfernt!
Hier macht Badeurlaub Spaß!
Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier absolut richtig!
Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, die auch mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen sind!
Die Einwohner sind alle sehr freundlich!
Das Haus ist liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Es bietet sehr viel Platz und die Gästebetreuung vor Ort funktioniert hervorragend!
Super entspannen kann man im wunderbar angelegten Garten, der Dachterrasse oder der Gartenterrasse.

Traumurlaub in einem wundervollen Haus
Ich kann das Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen der Ruhe sucht und mit seiner Familie entspannen möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedem Menge da, was man unbedingt braucht ist ein Auto, sie sind in Süditalien, wo die Welt noch ein bisschen anders ist, einfach schön :-) gechillt.
Ich bin Verkaufsleiter in der Energiewirtschaft und brauchte dringend 2 Wochen Pause und Erholung. Die habe ich hier gefunden - Diese Haus ist ein wirklicher Geheimtipp und ein Juwel.
