The house has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining room), 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a large shower. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a private pool, a pool shower, a bar with a freezer and sink, sun loungers, and a gazebo. The outdoor area is not visible from the street.
The house is secured with an alarm and monitored by a security company with cameras.
Once or twice a week, depending on the weather, the gardener takes care of the pool and plants. At the pool, you will find a net for coarse cleaning of the pool and in the outbuilding a large broom for cleaning the terrace, which you can do yourself. If you do not wish to do this, you can order the gardener more frequently for an additional charge (20 euros per cleaning).
For stays over 7 nights, our cleaning staff comes once a week to change towels and bed linen and to clean the toilet and washbasin. If you do not wish this service, please let us know.
A washing machine and dryer are available.
