The chalet is fully furnished and situated in a lovely spot within the park. It features a living room with a seating and dining area, an open kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove with hood, a combination oven with microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. In addition, the chalet has a luxurious bathroom with a shower cabin, washbasin furniture, and a toilet. There is also a second separate toilet.
There are 2 bedrooms available, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious closets.
On the covered veranda, you can enjoy your holiday time in a pleasant atmosphere. The extensive garden is completely fenced.
Free parking spaces are located about 50 meters from the chalet.

Cancelling your booked holiday apartment is generally possible. You must immediately inform the landlord in writing (email/fax/post) upon becoming aware of the need to cancel.
The landlord will then attempt to find another renter. If no new renter is found, the renter owes the landlord the following percentage of the rental price upon notification:

from 70 to 57 days before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price

Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen !
Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt (inkl. Waschm. und Grill).
Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen.
In direkter Nähe ist ein kleiner Spar-Markt, in dem man das Nötigste für den ersten Abend mühelos bekommt (wohl zu etwas gehobeneren Preisen).
Der Strand mit zwei Pavillions ist etwa 1 Km, zzgl. Weg ab Parkplatz entfernt.
In Schagen gibt es direkt am Kirchplatz etliche wirklich gute Restaurants, wo für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel etwas zu finden ist (u.a. indisch Restaurant mitho).
Herr Nijdam ist ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Gastgeber.
Von Anfrage, über Buchung und Anreise, bis Abreise hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft
Das Chalet befindet sich freistehend auf einem kleinem umzäunten Grundstück, für uns als Hundebesitzer ideal. Lediglich Essen gehen war zumindest zu unserer Zeit etwas schwierig, die Restaurants waren zu oder selber ferienbedingt geschlossen, mit dem Auto haben wir aber binnen 5 - 10 Minuten was gefunden. Wir würden in diesem Chalet gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Fantastische Urlaub in Noord-Holland
Umgebung ist auch Klasse, nah am Strand, für Fahrradfahrer sehr geeignet.
Wir haben in der Nähe schöne Städte wie Alkmaar, Hoorn, Volendam, Marken usw. besucht.
Auch mit weniger schönes Wetter war dem Hallenbad ein Vergnügen!
Unsere Begeisterung kennt keine Grenzen.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund
Uns hat das Chalet an sich, sowie auch der Park sehr gut gefallen! Die Umgebung lädt für Hundebesitzer zu langen Spaziergängen ein.
Wir würden das Chalet jederzeit wieder buchen!
