Holiday house Helmgras - de Banjaard in Kamperland, Zeeland

You will be staying in an absolutely prime location, within walking distance to the beautiful de Banjaard Beach.

The detached house, located in the holiday park Noordzee Résidence de Banjaard, is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions or a visit to the beach. Adjacent to a water feature of the park, the exclusively furnished house invites you to sustainable relaxation and rest.

In our house Helmgras, you have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the east-facing terrace while watching the activity of the water birds. This is the perfect way to start the day! After the day's activities, relax here on the available sun loungers or in our beach chair and let the day wind down peacefully. Due to the location of the property, you will always find a sunny or shady spot.

We place great importance on particularly comfortable furnishings in our house; you will feel right at home!

The beautiful and bright living room is equipped with inviting, comfortable seating and a smart TV.

The open kitchen offers you complete equipment that will not disappoint even amateur chefs. It includes a dishwasher, oven/microwave, 4-ring induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, filter and Senseo coffee machine, electric milk frother, and a French press. Upon your arrival, a starter set including coffee pads is also ready for you.

The bedrooms of the house can accommodate up to 5 people. Since it is also suitable for allergy sufferers, pets and smoking in the house are unfortunately not allowed.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m), has a wardrobe, a small armchair with a side table, a TV, and a safe. If needed, we are happy to expand the equipment to include a travel cot for children and a changing table with a pad.

Another bedroom for two people has a 1.60 m x 2.00 m box spring bed. Of course, a wardrobe is also available here.

The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.10 m), a small armchair, and a wardrobe.

All bedrooms have Macazz beds/mattresses, which offer you excellent sleeping comfort. So that you can sleep with the windows open without mosquitoes disturbing your night's rest, we have fitted all the windows on the upper floor with insect screens.

A modern shower room (with window, rain shower, and hand shower), toilet, and washbasin is also located on the upper floor. A second toilet is available on the ground floor.

That's why we place the utmost importance not only on providing you with a functional and well-thought-out living environment but have also equipped it with high-quality furniture and household items, such as a Miele washing machine and a heat pump dryer.

In this way, we have created an atmosphere of well-being where you can truly "switch off" and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
