Look forward to this completely renovated vacation home in 2023.
You'll find the familiar features, such as the cozy fireplace and the open, modern kitchenette in the living area. These are paired with new furniture and high-quality fixtures and fittings. The living room includes a dining area, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV with access to all popular streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Sky, etc.), and a modern sound system. The open-plan kitchen is also new and, in addition to an oven/microwave and a dishwasher, also offers an induction stove. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy your first coffee of the house from the Nespresso machine. In addition to these rooms, the ground floor also houses the shower room, which, after the renovation, features a large walk-in shower.
All bedrooms in the house are located on the upper floor. They consist of two lockable bedrooms, each with a double bed (4 high-quality mattresses). Another bathroom is located on this floor, completing the cozy feel of the house.
The terrace of the semi-detached house is equipped with garden furniture, making it ideal for outdoor use.
You'll also find a charging station for your e-bikes in this property. Another great bonus: You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at the STRANDPERLEN office, just a few meters from your accommodation.
