The modern holiday home "Kliffhuus" extends over five levels: basement, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and gallery. These levels house various design classics and works of art.

As soon as you enter the Kliffhuus, you find yourself in the entrance area of the house, which is located on a platform two steps above the living room. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light. The house's design is such that sunlight streams into the house through the numerous windows at any time of day. The Mylin tiled stove, which is not only a real eye-catcher, also creates a cozy atmosphere even on cold days. A Bose music system with excellent sound quality and a sofa bed for two can also be found in the living room.

Located a few steps below the living area is the open-plan kitchen, which is illuminated by natural light throughout the day thanks to the finely tuned orientation of the ground-floor windows. The kitchen is spacious and modernly equipped, leaving little to be desired.

From the kitchen, you'll find the pantry with a second, separate refrigerator and freezer. Here, you'll also find environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional plastic bags, such as reusable shopping bags or fruit and vegetable nets. A staircase also leads from the kitchen to the open-plan basement. Here, next to the sauna, you'll find a daybed that comfortably accommodates up to two people, another shower, and a guest toilet.

A few steps above the living area is a level with two rooms. Here you'll find the bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A few steps above the bedroom is the open gallery, which also features various children's games and a television.
