When we receive a signed copy of your contract and 30 % non refundable deposit, your booking is confirmed.
We require the balance on your day of arrival as well as the damag deposit and the payment of the option.
If the booking is cancelled by the renter the non refundable deposit is kept. If within one month of arrival the balance can be required.
If the booking is cancelled by the owner, he will pay back the deposit and if it has been paid, the balance without any extra compensation.
If this was to happen, we of course try to find a satisfactory solution.
During school holidays we only rent full weeks from saturdays to saturdays.

Ruhe, Erholung, Strand, Geschichte
Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderbar zum Erholen. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und zu einem schönen Badestrand in Quinéville. Aber auch Ausflüge zu den D-Day-Stränden, schönen Küstenstädten, Leuchttürmen im Umkreis bis zu einer Stunde möglich.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhafter, romantischer Umgebung
Es gibt keinen Lärm durch irgendwelche Straßen, höchstens durch die Natur.
Highlight in der Umgebung sind eine Unzahl an Orchideen.
Fußläufig kann nun Austern kaufen, 2km entfernt. Vielleicht die Besten in Frankreich. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Wanderungen am Meer entlang unternehmen. Auch mit dem Rad kann man direkt vom Gauß aus schöne Touren durch das Hinterland und auch am Meer entlang unternehmen.
Zu empfehlen ist auch ein Besuch der vielen Märkte, wo man fantastische Produkte kaufen kann und im Haus zubereiten kann.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und waren immer erreichbar. Es hat mir auch geholfen, dass die Gastgeber neben Französisch auch Englisch kommunizieren und wir haben direkt wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben - fast unberührte Natur entlang der Küste in unmittelbarer Nähe und per Fahrrad oder Auto kommt man sehr schnell an größere Badeorte und kleine noch sehr ursprüngliche Hafenstädte.
Rundum wirklich eine besondere sehr empfehlenswerte Erfahrung!
