Located at the gates of Carpentras, "Les Dimanches" offers a south-facing holiday home on a 1,200 sqm property with a living space of 110 sqm. The 12.8 m x 3 m pool is nestled in a mature garden, which extends to a spacious wooden terrace adjoining the house.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, while still being close to all the shops and attractions in the area.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall as well as the living/dining/kitchen area in an industrial look with large windows and an open fireplace. The modern kitchen with a central island is very well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, and Thermomix. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people indoors, as does the table in the garden.
3 bedrooms with parquet flooring and garden-view windows, the generous modern bathroom, and a separate toilet make up the upper floor.
During the warm summer evenings, the garden and pool lighting bathes "Les Dimanches" in a special, atmospherically soft light. A crackling brasero (fire pit) surrounded by the garden lounge underscores the chirping of the crickets.
The spaciousness of the garden is reinforced by the adjacent oak and fruit tree garden, which offers further retreat possibilities.

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub in der Provence
wir haben einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub in Ihrem liebevoll und komplett ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Die Lage zeigte sich als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der näheren und weiteren Umgebung als sehr gut geeignet, so dass wir eine sehr aktive Zeit verbringen konnten. Und zur Abrundung eines besichtigungsreichen Tages haben wir die Abkühlung im Pool und am Abend ein Glas Wein gemütlich im schönen Garten sehr genossen. So stellen wir uns Sommer und Urlaub vor!

Man merkt deutlich, dass dieses Haus auch vom Eigentümer genutzt wird.
Die Küche war supersauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Haus ist geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt.
Da es eine heiße Woche war, freuten wir uns über die Klimaanlagen.
Die Willkommens- bzw. Hausmappe mit den Tipps der Vermieter ist sehr hilfreich und liebevoll zusammengestellt.
Der Grill war klasse. WLAN viel zu gut...
Es war eine Freude, dort zu wohnen.
