Villa Lokanjac accommodates up to 6 people and is located just 600 meters from the center of Selca, where you'll find restaurants, cafes, and bars. The sea and beach are approximately 1 kilometer away.
Built from typical Brac stone, the house enjoys an excellent sunny location, terraces, and a large garden with an inviting pool. The impressive views of the lush greenery of the island and the Adriatic Sea ensure a truly relaxing holiday.
With 160 square meters of living space, an 800 square meter garden, swimming pool, terraces, and parking for several cars, the villa spans two floors, each with separate access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning in all rooms.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a washing machine. Additionally, there's a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the large terrace, pool, and garden.
