The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.
The house can acommodate 10-12 people and consists of three separate units with total living area of 160m2 situated on two floors. There is a apartment for 4-5 persons in the ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living space with kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms with a double beds and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. One separate bedroom with double bed and private shower toilet is on the ground floor too.
The other apartment for 4-5 persons is located on the first floor and consist of a living space with kitcheen and dinning tabel, two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with a shower/toilet and washing machine.
All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection.
