The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The dining area, which is integrated with the living room by a half-height wall, seats six people at the large dining table. The sofa in the living room offers plenty of space for relaxing.
The southwest-facing terrace, located directly off the living room, is perfect for enjoying the last rays of sunshine in the evening. There is also a small, fenced front garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and TVs, while the third bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony and a small work area. The bathroom on this floor features a spacious walk-in shower, a modern vanity, and a toilet.
