6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
