On three floors, the spacious semi-detached house with thatched roof, completed in 2015, combines a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, an infrared sauna and two modern bathrooms. Including the attic, you have plenty of space for your holiday on more than 100m².
Free WiFi in the entire house.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a spacious living room with a cosy dining area and an integrated fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with shower and entrance area.
Access to the south facing terrace is directly from the living room. From morning until late afternoon you can enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace. A 55'LED TV and a radio/CD player are available for entertainment in the living/dining area. In the very well-equipped modern kitchen you will find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster, an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and a dishwasher.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200, 90 x 190). Both bedrooms have large wardrobes for your laundry and LED TV. On the upper floor you can also relax in our comfortable infrared sauna with LED colour light system. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The washing machine is also on the upper floor.
In the attic there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). There is also an LED-TV here.
All rooms are tiled or in the attic with laminate and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason we ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately not possible to bring pets or smoke in the rooms. WiFi is available to you free of charge.
You are welcome to store your bicycles in the shed.
Please understand that barbecuing with charcoal and handling fireworks is not permitted.

If you are arriving via Klütz, please drive straight from the entrance to the town to the roundabout, take the first exit and drive approx. 2 km along the Ostseeallee. Then turn right into Mariannenweg. After approx. 100m, turn left after the playground into the entrance to the complex and you will see the rental office on your left.
If you are coming from the direction of Wismar, please drive straight on from the town entrance to the roundabout, take the exit in the direction of Zentrum and drive approx. 800 m along the Ostseeallee. Then turn left into Mariannenweg. After approx. 100m, turn left after the playground into the entrance to the complex and you will see the rental office on your left.
The rental office is open until 18:00 (off-season 17:00). If you arrive later, please inform the office at 038825/3790.
Please note that only one parking space is available. If you are arriving with more cars, please ask Nordic if there is another unoccupied parking space. If there is no space available in the complex, there is a public car park right next to it.

Wunderbares Luxushaus
Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonderes Lob für die Küchenausstattung.
Die Einrichtung im Dachgeschoss hat einen besonderen Charme mit dem Mittelteil zwischen den Betten.
Unser Vorschlag für das Badezimmer: ein Griff an der Wand um besser aus der Wanne zu kommen,
sowie eine Duschabtrennung die ein entspannteres Duschen ermöglicht.
Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus der Luxuskategorie
Matratzen könnten etwas härter sein.
Ausstattung exzellent ansonsten, sehr schön auch Bodenbelag (fehlender Teppichboden ist sehr angenehm für Allergiker und auch ansonsten aus hygienischen Gründen).
Hausmeister war etwas unfreundlich, als er gerufen wurde mehrfach wegen nichtfunktionierenden WLAN's in den ersten beiden Tagen (Kasten hing und fiel mehrfach herunter hinter der Abdeckung, neues Klebeband wurde notwendig, sicher technisch keine optimale Lösung, danach klappte es aber uneingeschränkt). Auch Personal des Büros (Verwaltung) könnte freundlicher sein.
Insgesamt Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen sicher auch für größere Familien mit Kindern.
Sehr ruhig und ansprechende Anlage.

Tolles Ferienhaus
erholsamer Urlaub an der Ostsee
wir haben einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub in Ihrem modernen + komfortablen Reetdachhaus bei schönen Sonnenschön verlebt. Obwohl die Häuser eigentlich relativ nah beieinander stehen, ist die Terrasse schön geschützt und man kann gemütliche Grillabende verbringen. Die Betten sind schön bequem; an die Bettwäsche/ Handtücher muss man sich jedoch erst gewöhnen.
Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser ausreichend ausgestattet; das Küchenpaket von Nordic ist jedoch ausbauwürdig ; schade, dass es eine gewisse Grundausstattung an täglichen Utensilien, wie Spüli, Seife, Spülschwämme, Frischhaltefolie etc. nicht vorrätig vorhanden sind. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Haus ist schick + modern ausgestattet; wir werden wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus - gerne wieder
Wir waren tatsächlich überrascht wie schön und sehr gut ausgestattet das Haus ist. Auch die Abwicklung des CheckIns und CheckOuts war sehr problemlos.
Hier kann man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Haus, aber mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal!

Tiefenentspannung
wir haben den Urlaub in Ihrer wunderschönen Unterkunft einfach nur genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und es fehlte nichts. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Man ist sofort am Strand und in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Vielen Dank für alles. Viele liebe Grüße aus dem Süden

Tolles Haus
Was uns etwas gestört hat ist, das wir bei der Anmeldung vor Ort nicht gleich auf den Brötchenservice hingewiesen worden sind. Man hätte uns den zettel mit den möglichen brötchen mitgeben sollen, und wir hätten dann in Ruhe uns was aussuchen können. Aber nunja, wir waren 5 Mädels.
Ich jedenfall könnte mir vorstellen mal mit meiner Familie hier her zu kommen.
