Outdoors, there is plenty of space around the house. There you can fire up the grill with wood from our forest and enjoy your meals in the open air.

Cancellation policy according to Art 1382 of the Civil Code
Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation by the guest within the period from the 90th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- up to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
- up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
In the event of early departure, 100% of the agreed price for the remaining days not used will be charged.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Holzhaus

Sonnige Tage auf dem Pifrailer Bauernhof in Südtirol
Die zum Ferienhaus umgebaute Alte Mühle schön eingerichtet. Jeden Morgen haben wir vorm Haus im Garten gefrühstückt . Da die Mühle etwas abseits vom Haupthaus steht, waren wir ungestört. Unser Labrador fühlte sich ebenfalls wohl. Alle Frühstücksspeisen sind selbst gemacht, überaus lecker und wurden von Familie Spechtenhauser jeden Morgen für uns bereitgestellt. Toll!!! Wir kommen wieder. :-)

Die zur Ferienwohnung umgebaute Alte Mühle verbreitet eine gemütliche Stimmung und ist bestens eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist vielleicht der große Tisch vor dem Haus, der für jegliche Mahlzeit benutzt werden sollte, soweit es das Wetter zulässt. Da die Mühle etwas abseits vom Haupthaus steht, bleibt man immer ungestört.
Kulinarisch erwähnenswert sind die selbst gemachten Leckereien, die Familie Spechtenhauser anbietet. Hier sollte man sich einmal durch alles durchprobieren !
Die Location eignet sich gut für diverse Ausflüge in die Gegend, ob mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem eigenen Auto/Fahrrad.

Ums Haus gibt es viel Platz für Spiele im Freien, einen Grillabend oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen im Liegestuhl.
Jede Familie, die einmal eine Auszeit mit viel Zeit füreinander sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in gemütlichem Ferienhaus
Mit den Tieren am Hof hatten unsere Kinder sehr viel Spaß.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und tolle Wanderwege.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Der Brötchenservice war prima und die hofeigenen Produkte lecker.
Der Skibus fährt jede Stunde, die Buskarte gab es von den Vermietern.

Einfach wunderschön...
Den Außenbereich haben wir oft genutzt, man hat viel Platz und alle möglichen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten waren vorhanden. Angenehm auch, dass es ein trockenes Plätzchen zum Unterstellen (für den Wäscheständer, Badetasche) gibt, es hat doch einige Male geregnet.
Das Haus liegt schön ruhig, der Verkehr auf der Talstraße stört nicht weiter. Die Vermietet sind sehr entgegenkommend und haben uns bei allen Fragen helfen können. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
