Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Early Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utilities & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price, up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the statement.

Angekommen & Wohlgefühlt
Am & im gesamten Haus wurde investiert, so dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sie kümmerte sich um unser Anliegen umgehend.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder.
Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und es war wirklich an alles gedacht - von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Strandes - perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und entspannte Stunden zu zweit. Auch das kleine Städtchen in der Umgebung ist charmant und gut erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.
Für Paare, die Ruhe, Komfort, und eine schöne Umgebung suchen ist dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlenswert.

Von der ersten Minute fühlt man sich in diesem Haus wohl und heimisch.

Perfekt auch für Hundebesitzer.
Die gesamte Kombination aus Unterkunft, Strand, Ort etc. könnte kaum besser sein.
