From the moment you step inside, you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The owners have lovingly furnished their Istrian stone cottage.
On the ground floor, there is a combined living area with a kitchen, dining area, couch, and a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, a small WC, and the terrace/balcony.
The secluded terrace with BBQ facilities ensures cozy, relaxed hours. Parking is available directly on the street, just a few steps from the cottage.
Well-suited for families but also for romantic moments for two!

Bereikbaarheid
After the toll, turn right towards Porec, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Porec, at the next roundabout go straight (2nd exit), after about 200 m you will reach the next roundabout, please take the 3rd exit (Vranici).
Stay on this road for about 200 m and turn left into Dvigradska ulica. On the left side, you will find the holiday home Rustika!

Ein tolles ursprüngliches Ferienhaus
Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit tollen Gastgebern
Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch wieder verabschiedet. Sie sind wirklich ganz liebevolle, höfliche und zuvorkommende Menschen, welche man gerne wieder mal besucht. Zudem sind sie auch tierlieb.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und Istrien ist auf jeden Fall immer eine Reise wert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub im Steinhaus
Das Steinhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.
Wegen der Corona-Krise waren Masken und Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt am Meer, oder in der schönen Innenstadt in Porec ist.
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und wäre gern noch länger geblieben.
Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das schöne Istrien gesehen und immer wieder in "unser" schönes Haus zurückgekehrt
"Unser" Haus war gut ausgestattet. Hilfreich war eine zweite Toilette neben den Schlafzimmern. Sowie eine Klimaanlage, die man im Obergeschoss bei großer Wärme gut gebrauchen konnte. Das Haus wurde vorher von den Besitzern selbst genutzt. Und das merkte man. Es ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
