De Krim is one of the most beautiful holiday parks in the Netherlands.
With over 90 square meters, this holiday accommodation offers plenty of space for your vacation and the best conditions for you to feel comfortable:
3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with two single beds)
2 new bathrooms.
The living room with an open fireplace adjoins the open kitchen with a large dining table.
Small seating areas are distributed throughout the property, a beautiful terrace (which will be covered next year to expand the living area with a seating area even when it rains) offers a view into the sunny garden.
Guests have access to several lounge chairs with cushions, a spherical grill, and beach toys.
In the storage room, there is a washing machine and a dryer ready for use.
The rental of the holiday home includes gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi in the weekly price, as well as the use of the children's play paradise.
Included in the price is also the free and unlimited use of the new family bathroom with four water slides and a toddler area. The beach house is available from about mid-April to about mid-September.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:

- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In any case, the landlord will attempt to re-let the holiday home.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen, noch einmal wiederkommen zu können.
Tolles Ferienhaus
Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und modern, die Ausstattung ist funktional und vollständig.
Der Garten ist großzügig und lädt mit seinen vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, übers Gründstück verteilt, richtig zum Verweilen ein.
Besonders die Ausstattung der Strandhütte, mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen, Sonnenschirm, Windschutz und Aufhäng- und Ablagemöglichkeiten hat uns sehr beeindruckt.
Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub im Herbst
Dennoch ist ist alles absolut funktionell und in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand.
Die Bäder sind modern, hell und grosszügig.
Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt , mit vielen für Texel typischen Details und die lauschigen Plätze laden zum Verweilen ein.
Wir würden für unseren nächsten Texel-Urlaub jederzeit wieder gerne das Haus Tesselwind buchen.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen und nötigen Dinge sind vorhanden.
Für die Kinder bietet der Ferienpark - vor allem auch das Erlebnisbad- tolle Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten... Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts, es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bäder hochwertig und gepflegt. Die Aufteilung macht einen Urlaub mit 2 Paaren oder Familie perfekt. Kücheninventar, sowie Essgeschirr sind mehr als reichlich vorhanden.
Vielen Dank an Frau Brandt- Vetter, die ihren Gästen, die wohl wichtigste Zeit im Jahr, so unbeschwert werden lässt.
