Villa Mia is located about 6 kilometers from Poreč, one of the most popular destinations on the Adriatic coast. Villa is a new, fully equipped house with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It covers 200m2 and consists of two residential units in one house. One unit has a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet and a terrace with a fireplace and a dining table. The glass wall in the living room offers a beautiful view of the pool with deckchairs and seating furniture. The second unit has a living room with a kitchen, two double bedrooms and one children's room with one bed. There is also one bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room has SAT-TV and all house is covered by a WI-FI signal. Private parking is in front of the house. Small pets are on request allowed.
