On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped open kitchen, the spacious and bright living room with a TV, and a large dining table. The large sliding windows perfectly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, including one with an ensuite shower room, and 1 bathroom. All spaces are practical and tastefully decorated.
The heated private pool (8x3m, 1,5m deep, heated from April to October with an electric shutter, stairs, lounging area, and lighting) is centrally located in the garden, and it's delightful to enjoy the view of the hills and apricot fields from the sunbeds around the pool. The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a brick-built BBQ. Here, you can quickly prepare a delicious meal. The property also has 2 parking spaces, one with a charging station and one covered.
