Right before you reach 'Walserstraße 5' (Berchtold Installationen) in A-6991 Riezlern, make a left onto the one-lane road and drive up the hill (approx. 100m). Drive into the driveway of the first house on the right side (Wasserstrasse 5d). Villa Vertikal is the second house on house on the right. You can park right in front of the house (2 parking spaces).
In the winter you may need snow chains.
By train: nearest train station Oberstdorf im Allgäu, from there with bus number 1 to the Kleinwalsertal (bus stop Unterstwegg or Ausserriezlern).
By plane: The nearest airport is in Memmingen (approx. 90 km), alternatively Friedrichshafen, Stuttgart or Munich.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien
Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur wunderschön, super ausgestattet, absolut sauber und liegt ideal für Ausflüge aller Art. Es wurde uns von Frau Theiss auch ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die beiden Stockwerke sind mit einer Türe zur Treppe getrennt, somit auch keine Gefahr für die Kinder und zusätzlicher Rückzugsraum für die anderen Familienmitglieder.
Frau Theiss und ihr Mann waren sehr zuvorkommend, jede Anfrage wurde alsbald nett und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr neu und gepflegt, der Einrichtungsstil ist modern und trotzdem wohnlich und sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und reicht vom Geschirrspüler über Fernseher in den Zimmern und einem großen Fernseher im Aufenthaltsbereich bis zur Sauna im Untergeschoss. Die Lage eignet sich bestens für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Tages-Touren, also auch für reine Freizeit-Ausflüge bestens geeignet!
Auch die Buchung, Bezahlung etc. sehr unkompliziert.
Insgesamt eine richtig schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlt - Besten Dank an Frau Theiss!
