Located in a stunning setting right on the shores of the Veerse Meer, this brand-new villa accommodates 6 people. From your villa, you can enjoy all the activities on the water. Yachts, sailboats, and windsurfers cross paths. But it is also a place that exudes tranquility, where you can start your day relaxed and be enchanted by a beautiful sunset after a day on the lake or a delightful day at the beach. In the morning, you can wake up peacefully to the silence of the lake and then have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your vacation day.

Historic cities such as Goes, Middelburg, Zierikzee, and Vlissingen are easily accessible for a cultural outing or a shopping spree. A visit to Veere and Vrouwenpolder is also highly recommended! From May to September, you can use the foot/bike ferry between Kamperland and Veere. Additionally, you can enjoy walking through nature reserves and take beautiful bike rides through the polder landscape.

The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with direct access to the garden, all equipped with double beds. Two bedrooms have a television. The two bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, bathroom furniture, and a toilet. From the entrance, you also reach the toilet and the indoor storage room.

On the first floor, you will find the spacious and light-filled living area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences: such as a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso and filter coffee machines. In the utility room, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

The cozy living room features a comfortable interior with a flat-screen TV (extra foreign channels) and a Sonos sound system. Through the sliding doors, you access the roof terrace with panoramic views of the lake. In the garden, you will also find 2 sun loungers. There is parking space for 2 cars on the premises. There is also a carport for your water sports equipment or bicycles and a charging station for electric cars.
