The house has a unique location, right on the water with a western orientation, allowing you to relax in the sunny, secluded garden from noon until sunset. At the barbecue fireplace, you can grill delicious meals and spend cozy evenings by the fire.

The house is designed for 8 adults, 2 children in a pull-out bed, and a baby in a baby cot (140x70).
Up to 3 dogs are allowed in the house.

The furniture throughout the house has been exchanged, and the curtains have also been replaced with blackout curtains.
In addition to the kitchen, all bathrooms and toilets have been renewed. In the bedrooms, the old beds have been replaced with new Auping box spring beds, and a wood-burning stove has been installed in the living room.
In the outdoor area, the entire garden has been redesigned.
The garden is completely fenced so that children can romp around safely.
From the balcony facing the lake (west), one has a unique view over the garden to the lake and the park on the opposite shore with a children's playground.
The holiday park also includes a dialysis center.
