Holiday park Barrierefreie Villa am See

This detached, wheelchair-friendly holiday home is located in the spacious Waterpark De Bloemert holiday park, situated on the Zuidlaardermeer. It lies just within the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren and close to nature reserves such as Drentsche Aa National Park and Geopark De Hondsrug. The vibrant city centre of Groningen is 18 km away.

The holiday home is situated in the wooded area of the holiday park. The property covers two floors and is comfortably and fully furnished. On the ground floor, there is a lovely living room with a 150 cm turning circle and a TV. The open kitchen, complete with a cooking island, includes a combination microwave and dishwasher. The dining table is at least 70 cm high and suitable for sitting in a chair or a wheelchair. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with two single box-spring beds. In one of the bedrooms, the two single beds are set up to function as a double bed. In this bedroom, there is a minimum of 60cm of space on one side of the bed and a turning circle of at least 120cm. An adapted bathroom is available, equipped with a flat shower featuring a safety rail, a shower seat with armrests, and a raised toilet. The turning circle in the bathroom is at least 120 cm. There is a separate toilet in the hall. An indoor storage room completes the accommodation. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each equipped with two single box-spring beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers. There's a separate toilet on the landing.

Outside, there is a lovely garden with a terrace that is furnished with garden furniture. There is a paved access path leading to the holiday home. The house is barrier-free, although there may be some limitations at the front door. A ramp is available on request. The minimum door width is 85 cm. There is parking available for one car at the holiday home for guests with a disabled card. Central parking spaces are also available at the holiday park.

At the Waterpark de Bloemert holiday park, various types of holiday homes and chalets for two to twelve people can be reserved. Some types have a sauna and/or private indoor swimming pool.
