This newly built villa is ideal for families or groups of friends. The 50 m² private pool is the heart of the outdoor area.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room and two bathrooms. The living room leads to a large terrace with stunning sea views and a lovely seating area for relaxing evenings. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bathroom en suite, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. This unique villa has several balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent sea views. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa has two garage spaces.

The villa exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and high-quality materials throughout. The private pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect. It’s just a short walk to the sea, and the added features like the sauna and table football made it a truly enjoyable stay even when weather was bad. I can highly recommend it.

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen
Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Sehr stimmig eingerichtete Villa, in der auch ein Regentag nicht zum Problem wird. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Bademöglichkeit ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Pool ist groß mit Salzwasser, wie beschrieben, war immer warm. Die Vermieter sind super nett und waren stets für uns da. Wir bedanken uns bei der Familie Heric für den liebevollen Empfang und Betreuung. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
