Starting with the fantastic outdoor areas, you can enjoy a magnificent 11 x 5.5 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of up to 2 metres, ideal for cooling off and spending long afternoons in the sun. There is a pleasant garden area with lawn and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. There is also a furnished terrace ready for enjoying pleasant al fresco meals prepared on the barbecue.

Entering the rustic interior on one floor, it offers comfort and functionality in every corner. It has a living room with fireplace, air conditioning, Smart TV and open dining area, ideal for family gatherings. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all equipped with wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. There are also two bathrooms with bathtub. 4 fans are at your disposal for the hottest days. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board provided.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
