Villa Can Fosc in Vilafranca De Bonany, Balearic Islands

Recently renewed with an exquisite taste and modern style, this two storey house features a spacious living room with air-conditioning and TV, which is open to the kitchen. This is equipped with an induction top and an island with stools. You find the dining area behind, offering a large table for 8 people. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet and air-conditioning each. One is on the main floor and it comes with a double bed. It also is adapted to people with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower bedroom and access to the terrace, while the other two have two twin beds. We can prepare a cot in any of these bedrooms and a high chair also is available in case you are travelling with your baby. There are two more bathrooms with a shower each for the rest of the house. One is downstairs, also adapted to people with reduced mobility, and the other is on the first floor.

The exterior area of this house has a special charm thanks to its sunny terrace with pool and a plain gardened corner. The pool, surrounded by natural stone, invites to cool down when it is hot, taking a dip or comfortably sitting in the steps with the only company of the sun beams, a book and the freshness of the water. However, you also can bask in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers around. The chlorine pool sizes 10 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to wash off before enjoying a delicious barbecue al fresco under the large parasol, cooked on the gas barbecue.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
