It is located on the picturesque island of Krk, where you are surrounded by unspoilt nature and crystal clear sea, just 100 m from the coast.
The villa has 200 m² of carefully designed interiors that ensure maximum comfort. The spacious plot is 1500 m² and has a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, which is maintained by an automatic irrigation system. On the 70 m² terrace, you can enjoy total privacy by the 32 m² swimming pool, which is equipped with RGB lighting for romantic swimming at night. The pool is powered by an electrolysis system that uses salt to provide clean water that is gentle on the skin and the environment. The villa offers four spacious parking spaces, protected by a fence and an electric driveway, and allows charging of electric vehicles up to 11 kW.
The ground floor offers a bright and open space in which the living room, dining room and kitchen are seamlessly integrated into a harmonious whole. The living room is furnished with comfortable Italian sofas and a Natuzzi sofa, while the open fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. For those who love technology, there is a large LED TV with HI-FI sound system. The large bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double washbasin, a spacious bathtub, a walk-in shower and a toilet, thus offering a feeling of luxury.

The pool area is ideal for sunbathing and barbecue lovers will adore the original Weber barbecue. There is also a hidden outdoor shower on the terrace for refreshment after a dip in the pool.

Entspannter Urlaub in luxuriöser Villa
Casa Vidmar lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr luxuriös gestaltet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, auch die Dekoelemente waren sehr geschmackvoll. Der Pool war sauber, hatte genau die richtige Größe und wurde viel von uns genutzt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir sind angekommen und waren überwältigt von soviel Herzlichkeit, und den vielen Aufmerksamkeiten in diesem Haus! Das Haus ist wirklich auf entspannten Urlaub ausgelegt, Wir kamen mit unseren Kindern, und Enkelkind an, und alles war vorbereitet! Das Babybett und Hochstuhl stand bereit.
Im Kühlschrank stand Sekt Bier und Wasser bereit, Kaffee war vor war vor Ort ! Der Esstisch war mit Blumen dekoriert! Die Handtücher flauschig und weich.,die Betten überzogen. usw

Alles sauber und perfekt schön. Wunderschönes Haus mit großzügigen Garten. Küche gut ausgestattet - sehr viele Gewürze bereits vorhanden.

Eine tolle Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und exquisit. Der Pool wird mit Meersalz greinigtvund ist beheizt, nach 1 Woche wurde der Pool für uns gereinigt.Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und von der riesigen Terrasse kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Insgesamt ist daasHaus sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren zu viert ( zwei Pärchen ), man kann aber auch gut mit 6 Personen in dem Haus wohnen, wenn man sich das obere Bad teilt. TOP Villa, wir kommen gern wieder
