Villa Dina is unique property ideal for 2 friendly families with kids! Villa it's V shaped and has 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Central area is an open space with living room, kitchen and dining room which looks at the pool. Outside terrace has it's own small kitchen and there is an infallible fireplace. Outside swimming pool it's villa's central place and there is also a children's playground with a trampoline, swing and a tobboggan.
Villa Dina is special because it's completly disabled friendly! One bedroom is specifically made to fit all needs for person with disablities. It's bathroom has all elements that are required to make person with disabilities feel like at home. This also includes outdoors because swimming pool has a ramp which allows an easy entrence in the pool.

And we spacialy tought about families so if you are coming with kids we have a portable crib, children highchair and an outside playground with trampolin, swing and a toboggan.

Perfekter Urlaub für Rollsthlfahrer
Wir waren in der Villa Dina und haben dort einen tollen Urlaub verbracht, ruhig und erholsam!
Dora war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .
Optimal für Rollstuhlfahrer!
Ein Zimmer im Haus ist speziell für Rollstuhlfahrer eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Allerdings ist das Bett sehr hoch (min 60cm) und am Rand sehr weich, daher war das Überwechseln nicht ganz so einfach. Die Matratzen sind sonst sehr angenehm.
Das Badezimmer bietet auch alles was man braucht.
Die 3 anderen Zimmer sind um einiges kleiner, aber auch vollkommen ausreichend.
Es war alles sauber und ordentlich!
Der Badelift am Pool ist perfekt! Laut Aufschrift hebt er bis zu 180kg. Der Sitzsack ist ganz fein löchrig, sodass man nicht zu viel Wasser mit rausnimmt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is located near old town Labin and serves as a value for money base for travelling around Istria. The popular Rabac beach was a short 20min drive away, and we also visited Motovun, Pula and Sv Marina over the 2 weeks we were there._x000D_

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Dina! The Villa was finished to a very high standard and was immaculately clean and very well stocked on our arrival. The living space was spacious and we had many fun evenings relaxing in and around the pool late into the evening. There were many beautiful beaches, quaint towns, and scenic restaurants to visit nearby - all within easy reach with short car journeys._x000D_

Es ist alles rundum Perfekt gewesen.
Wir ,zwei Familien haben 11wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super,es fehlt an nichts und die Vermieter sind freundlich und immer für Fragen offen. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft,wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Villa Dina ist wunderbar um mit einer großen Familie oder Freunden einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vier schöne Zimmer mit vier tollen Bädern, eine geräumige Küche, eine schöne Terrasse und ein wunderbarer Poolbereich, gehören zu den Annehmlichkeiten. Ebenso ist ein Grill vorhanden, genügend Liegen und der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich, stehen zu jeder Zeit für Fragen bereit. Für uns war es ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Dina ist eine tolle weitläufige Villa ideal für Familien, jeder hatte eine eigenes Bad und Dusche, die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Deutsch! Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Istria tour
Staying in villa Dina during our Istria tour in April was more than a great experience for our family. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts always ready to help. Although there is plenty of activities you can do in spring including hiking, biking, foraging for wild asparagus, or just visiting nearby medieval towns, we are so looking forward to come back in summer and definitely staying in one of those beautiful villas again. Highly recommended!!!
