The house of 317 m2 is distributed over three floors. It has 5 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed; three on the 1st floor (two of them with double bed and one with twin beds, one with en suite bathroom); and one on the 2nd floor with double bed. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are three more bathrooms; two shower bathrooms on the first floor and one bath with bathtub on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy and well furnished. It features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room, decorated in a country-style has a large dining table and two wooden banks. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
