The large living/dining area with adjoining open kitchen is glazed to floor level and offers fantastic sea views. The terrace areas in front of the house are spacious and equipped with a corresponding number of sun loungers and a dining ensemble. The integrated swimming pool measures 9 x 5 m.
The ground floor further comprises two bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The first floor offers two further bedrooms with panoramic sea views and a private terrace as well as two further shower bathrooms en suite. At the rear of the villa there is a garden and a boules court.

Sensationelles Panorama
Der Ausblick ist einfach nur traumhaft.
Frau Brigel ist sehr freundlich und absolut verlässlich und auch Herr Arnaud (Betreuung vor Ort) sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen.
Etwas kritisch die Einfahrt von der Straße zum Haus mit einem Sportwagen.
Die Garage ist sehr groß und bietet einen direkten Zugang ins Haus,ein
weiterer Pluspunkt.
Alles im allem absolut empfehlenswert für einen gepflegten Urlaub.
Wo sich Himmel und Horizont vereinen ...
Das Vemieterpaar hat an alles gedacht und hat sich mehrmals nach uns erkundigt. Er ist sehr nett und lässt keinen Wunsch offen, hat sogar für kühle Begrüssungsdrinks gesorgt.
Wir waren mit unseren 6 Teenagern und erwachsenen Kindern (15-24) dort und alle waren sehr happy. Die Ausgangsbasis ist perfekt in Richtund Frejus, Cannes oder Maxime, St.Tropez.
Schöner und harmonischer hätte der Urlaub nicht sein können. Vielen Dank!!!
