The attractive open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each with en suite bathrooms. An open gallery with sofa bed offers additional sleeping room for up to two more people. Both bedrooms and the gallery have a door to the wide terrace by the pool with its breathtaking sea view.
The long, covered terrace with its open grill and breakfast zone also offers a wonderful view of the romantic horizon and the sunset.
The pool terrace with its saltwater pool is ideal for unwinding, relaxing and having a good time.

Cancelling a reservation free of charge is possible up to 12 weeks (84 days) prior to arrival. Already paid deposits will be refunded. If you cancel less than 84 days prior to arrival, we charge the following fees:
83 - 56 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental price
55 - 42 days before arrival: 60% of the total rental price
41 - 28 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental price
cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: the full booking price is due.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation date is deemed to be the day on we receive the written cancellation.
Early departure: If you need to leave before the originally booked date of departure, no refund will be given.

Bereikbaarheid
after the Požane border crossing at Buzet, continue via Lupoglav and Vozlići to Labin and then in Labin follow the sign for /to Rabac at the roundabout,
- then follow the signs to Ripenda - turn left and keep going straight past the restaurant "Due Fratelli",
- after approx. 2 km, follow the signpost to Mali Kosi, which you'll reach after approx. 3 km.
Coming from Zagreb or Dalmatia, take the motorway until you reach Rijeka, then follow the road along the coast to Plomin, Labin or via the detour route from Rijeka through the tunnel Ucka, Vozlici and Labin.

Super Urlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Die Anlage und vor allem der tolle Pool hat uns und unseren Kindern besonders gut gefallen und wir haben dort viele Stunden genossen. Auch unser Hund hat sich auf der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die rustikale Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders angenehm haben wir empfunden, dass zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad vorhanden war. Alles war super sauber.
Hervorheben möchten wir auch die nette und stets unterstützende Betreuung durch unsere Vermieter, die uns besonders bei der Reifenpanne auf der Hinfahrt telefonisch beratend bis spät in die Nacht zur Seite gestanden haben. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Ganz liebe Grüße Familie Weber

Urlaub.
Wir, 2 Personen mit Hund, haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus ist hervorragend und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Dank der vielen tollen Tipps unserer zuvorkommenden, sympathischen Gastgeber verbrachten wir 2 unvergessliche Wochen. Wir kommen wieder.

Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und es kommt einem so vor, als wenn man zu Gast bei Freunden ist. Doris und Gino sind zwei tolle Menschen!

Mali Kosi ist ein magischer Ort
Ein absolut gepflegtes und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es hat an wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist super und vor allen Dingen schön groß.
Location der Merula und Aussicht sind spektakulär. Doris und Gino sind 2 wundervolle Gastgeber - sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Toller, leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.
