From here you can directly access the practical and useful open room that offers a kitchen, living room and dinin area all together and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances -to feel at home when you are cooking-, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sitting area is ideal to have a rest, chat or watch TV on the comfortable sofas. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with a closet and the last one with a dressing room. On the main floor we find two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shower bathroom for the whole floor. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom each. One of these also offers direct access to a great terrace where you can admire the peaceful way of life of the streets in this village. One radiator completes the equipment.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.

Urlaub im Stadthaus in Arta
Wochen im November 2025 in der
Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren gut und es war, trotzdem wir mitten in der Stadt
gewohnt haben, sehr ruhig. Mit einer Heizung für kühlere Stunden, war es in der
Wohnung sehr angenehm. Parken war um diese Jahreszeit kein Problem.
Mit unsere Vermieterin Barbara hat alles super geklappt. Sie ist sehr freundlich,
zuverlässig und nett. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief immer sehr gut und wir
haben zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und
unkomplizierten Urlaub und können die
Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wenn uns vielleicht etwas gefehlt hat, dann etwas Farbe und Atmosphäre im Patio unten. Dieser wirkt sehr nüchtern durch die weiße Ausstattung von Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Auch Sitzkissen und Tischdecke wären schön gewesen, um es etwas gemütlicher zu haben - so wirkte es auf uns leider zu steril. Der Wäschewechsel und die Poolreinigung nach 1 Woche ist ein sehr außergewöhnlicher Service für ein Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank an Barbara für den herzlichen Empfang mit Wein, Brot und Obstkorb und den super Service!!
