The villa has a large dune garden with various spots to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with an electrically operated patio cover and glass windbreak.
A second terrace on the water and a third terrace in the dunes with a fire pit and grill (bring your own wood). Garden furniture is available. Children can play on the large lawn.
