This beautiful Mediterranean home is a charming town house located in a quiet neighborhood of Cala Sant Vicente, only a 5 min walk to its beautiful sandy beaches and blue water. The Mediterranean style house which has a big terrace, is bright and decorated with light colors. Starting in March 2025, Villa Magdalena will feature a newly designed swimming pool, perfect for your summer enjoyment. You enter the house directly into the cozy lounge. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday. In the corridor there is a light airy double bedroom and another equally bright twin bedroom. There is a bathroom in the middle of them. By side there is located one single bedroom with private access to the veranda. There is also another outdoor toilet with shower attached to it. All bedrooms and the living room include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. Enjoy the big terrace which surrounds the house, from the BBQ on the veranda perfect for dining under open sky and sunbath with fabulous views to the mountains. The beach house enjoys unlimited free WIFI for use. In this holiday home you will also have a private parking. From here you can walk to the beach and in the evening visit the restaurants and and bars that the town has to offer. They are specialized in seafood, although offer a wide variety of dishes from Majorcan food to Italian. Cala San Vicente (Cala Sant Vicenç) is an attractive and more quiet resort, and still offer a good variety of activities like kayaking, diving and snorkeling, or just relax at the beautiful coves and beaches with extremely clean water and breath taking landscape. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Puerto Pollensa is 10 min drive from Cala, a perfect place for a day out at the beach or visiting its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a Supermarket near the house and a big grocery within 5 min drive. In a great location, just 400m from the blue coves, is an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, although is also well-situated for exploring other resorts and picturesque inland villages. * * * * * Cleaning service and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
