Villa Talaiot 25 in Inca, Balearic Islands

The accommodation itself has three floors and 400 m2 featuring a modern style with all comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first living room with a large and comfortable sofa where we can sit and watch satellite TV all together. The second living room, on the same floor, offers another sofa and formal dining area for 6 people. The large windows do not only allow the light in but also going on admiring the fantastic views to the Pla de Mallorca from the inside. The superb kitchen is independent and it offers everything a chef could need to cook his best dishes: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher ... apart from exit to the outside for your best comfort. Our guests will find 4 bedrooms to rest after a day full of activities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and it presents a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace. A charming bathroom with a bath completes this floor. Going upstairs our guests find another sitting area with large windows which is open to the living area downstairs. The three other bedrooms are on this first floor. The three of them feature a double bed and a closet. One of them also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathroom with an independent shower and hydro-massage bath -where you can enjoy and relaxing bath with spectacular views- for the rest of the floor. The garage, the laundry room -with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board-, and a shower bathroom can be found on the basement. Finally, the house features air-conditioning in the two living-rooms of the main floor and in all bedrooms. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.

The exterior highlights thanks to the chill-out areas where you can truly enjoy the Mallorcan summer. It features a fabulous chlorine pool with an irregular shape, sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.5 metres, where adults and children can revel in a refreshing swim in a quite environment surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the lawn. One of the most impressive details of the house is the wonderful views that you can admire from several spots outdoors: the area of sofas to have a glass of wine in the evening; the front porch, furnished with a fantastic dining table for 8 people, that goes on towards the other side of the house offering another dining table and area of sofas, perfect for a vermouth before lunch. There also is a barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

There is parking space for one car in the garage.
Pets are not allowed.
