The ground floor houses a spacious and bright living area that integrates living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with A/C for greater comfort. On the sofa you can relax and watch movies on the Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is fully equipped with cooking utensils. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, A/C, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering a private and comfortable retreat. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and highchair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine and ironing facilities during your stay.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
