For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will apply). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
