The villa is very quiet situated in a residential area, with lots of privacy and no over-view from the neighbors. There is a beautiful and well-kept garden and a lovely lawn. The villa is luxurieus, modern and wel maintained.Recent a new kitchen is been installed and most tenants like to come back here. There are 3 bedrooms available for rental, 1 of which on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The layout is as follows: Driveway with closed gate, entrance house, spacious hall, with guest toilet, continuing into the bright and spacious living room with seating and dining area. Two x two doors lead you to the largely covered terrace (z) with also an automatic sun-sceen.
Through the living room you can reach the open kitchen, equipped with all appliances as well as a large fridge and wine cooling cub-board.
The first bedroom is located on the right side of the entrance with French doors to the side terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore on this ground floor one can find a washer / dryer room.
Through the natural stone staircase you can reach the floor with 2 more bedrooms; the master bedroom with doors to a spacious terrace / balcony with great views over the golf-course and small sea views. The third bedroom is located at the rear and has, in addition to a spacious double bed, a third bed in the room. Alle rooms are equipped with cupboards and the villa is fully air-conditioned.
Around the pool a spacious terrace, adjacent to 2 lawns, welcomes you to relax, lay-down and enjoy the sun.
