This modern holiday apartment (60 sqm) in a new building offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Vulkaneifel. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The terrace with seating area and charcoal grill invites you to relax and barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine for your morning coffee enjoyment. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, towel radiator, as well as towels and a hairdryer. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and fresh bed linen. A free parking space and a wallbox for electric cars are also available. The separate access to the holiday apartment is via an external staircase (our holiday apartment is therefore not barrier-free).
