Our new apartment is located in a sunny location with wonderful panoramic views. Our apartment is equipped with three separate bedrooms with satellite-TV, balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy kitchen.

Welcome to the Flatzerhof on the sunny side of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. Our house is situated between the villages of Weißenbach and Birnberg at 800 m above sea level near the village of Haus im Ennstal. Thanks to its quiet location, our vacation apartment is your ideal place to relax. In winter you can reach the Hauser Kaibling valley station in 4 minutes by car.

In our completely renovated apartment you will find 3 separate bedrooms (2 with satellite TV), a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You have free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. What you will particularly enjoy, however, is the incredible panoramic view of the Schladminger Tauern mountains from the balcony of the apartment.


In summer, our Flatzerhof is your ideal starting point for leisurely walks on the sunny Birnberg plateau or to the village of Weißenbach. We can also recommend breathtaking hikes and challenging mountain tours in the Dachstein mountains and the Schladminger Tauern. For cyclists and mountain bikers there are numerous routes to explore. Swimming, archery, pony riding, museums and much more can be found within a 5 to 10 minute drive of our Flatzerhof. You are welcome to end the day comfortably in our garden in the evening. For a delicious barbecue we provide you with a grill.

Winter vacationers love the magnificent view from our house to the opposite ski mountains of the Schladminger 4-Berge-Skischaukel. The valley station of the Hauser Kaibling cable car can be reached in 4 minutes by car. As an alternative to skiing, you can also go on numerous winter hikes and walks through beautiful winter landscapes from our Flatzerhof. For cross-country skiers there is the Nordic center Ramsau am Dachstein, which is only 10 minutes by car from our house. Horse-drawn sleigh rides with our horse farmers are very popular, as is tobogganing on the Galsterbergalm or Hochwurzen (both within a 20-minute drive from the Flatzerhof).
