Our holiday apartment (approx. 80m²) occupies the entire 2nd floor of our house. Breakfast buffet on request (only in winter!).

Our holiday apartment consists of:
2 separate bedrooms with double bed and extra bed
2 WC/shower, balcony
1 kitchen with dining area, dishes for 10 people, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, satellite TV
1 pull-out bed for 1 to 2 persons

Our house ‘Erlenheim’ is situated in Lehen, a small village between Haus and Schladming in a quiet location. We offer 1 flat for 6-8 persons.
The ski bus stop in front of the house, cross-country ski trail, running track, the Enns cycle path (R7) and the Nordic walking track.
Since summer 2007: Partner of the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard - all inclusive: mountain railways, toll roads, swimming lakes, pools, children's and family programme ....
The towns of Haus and Schladming can both be reached in 3 minutes by car.
