The apartment La Ginestra is located in the upper part of the <b>Giannella</b> (Saline Albinia) directly <b>in front of the sea and the beach (20 meters)</b>. It lies on the second floor of a small residence immersed in a pine forest and offers a <b>splendid view over the sea</b> that ranges from the Argentario promontory to the Giglio Island and up to Corsica on clear days.
The newly renovated apartment is accessed directly from the living room with table and chairs for dining, a small sofa, a sideboard, television and a large French window that opens onto the equipped <b>balcony overlooking the sea</b>. On the right side of the entrance there is a small but the well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the living room (sea side) one accesses the double bedroom, also with <b>direct access to the balcony</b>.
The residence is situated within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest. Inside the property there is ample <b>free parking</b> and plenty of space for children to play. Appartamento con vista stupenda e accesso diretto alla spiaggia, parcheggio privato, silenzioso, consigliatissimo
Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und die Wohnung liegt unfassbar schön. Zufahrt und Parkplatz sind fürstlich unter dem Dach der riesigen Mittelmeer- Kiefern ( wahrscheinlich). Die Ausstattung ist praktisch und der Platz völlig ausreichend. Anfragen etc. wurden unmittelbar bearbeitet.
Lage, Aussicht, Standard der Wohnung
Per il quarto anno consecutivo sono felice e soddisfatta di essere tornata. La vista che si gode dal terrazzo è impagabile per me. E la brezza di mare che arriva (anche potente grazie al maestrale) tiene l'appartamento fresco anche senza essere obbligati ad accendere il condizionatore (che comunque e opportunamente è installato). L'appartamento è ben fornito e gradevolissimo da abitare. Grazie della Vs. assistenza e cortesia e spero...all'anno prossimo!
Herrlicher Ausblick, direkt am Strand gelegen und gute Ausstattung. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und prima Kommunikation.
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo delizioso appartamento, ben curato nei dettagli, comodo e fresco. Appartamento proprio sulla spiaggia con vista spettacolare. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Spinto dalla voglia di rivedere l'Argentario, a fine maggio ho trascorso in questo appartamento 9 giorni insieme a mia madre e al cane. La casa è dotata di una sala e di una camera vista mare e con accesso al balcone, un cucinino piccolo ma ben fornito, un bagno con ampia doccia e lavatrice. La seconda camera è davvero piccola ma hanno sfruttato al meglio gli spazi, quindi per le esigenze che avevo andava più che bene. I punti forza invidiabili: un panorama fantastico, un condominio più che decoroso inserito in una meravigliosa pineta con ampia possibilità di parcheggio, cancello privato all'ingresso e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La vista di sera è spettacolare: oltre all'argentario si vedono nell'ordine Giglio, Montecristo e dulcis in fundo, il sole tramonta dietro l'Elba. A concludere la bella esperienza un host come Luca, disponibile e solare, oltre che empatico nel momento del bisogno. Apprezzata la bottiglia di vino bianco maremmana all'accoglienza. Consigliatissimo!
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit alle. Was man braucht
L'appartamento alla Giannella affaccia sul mare ed offre tramonti spettacolari. La mattina molto presto è stato bellissimo fare passeggiate sulla spiaggia a cui si accede direttamente dall'appartamento scendendo solo le scale. Luca che ci ha seguito e curato al check-in è stato gentilissimo, prodigo di consigli utilissimi su cosa visitare nei dintorni e dove mangiare. L'appartamento è molto curato e ordinato e non manca nulla. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la TV che ci è stata sostituita in pochissimo tempo. il check-in è stato semplice e il checkout facilissimo grazie anche alla cordialità di Nicoletta. Vacanza molto rilassante che consiglierei molto volentieri
Best place if you want to stay directly at the beach, very family friendly area
Die FEWO liegt im 2 Stock, 40 Stufen mehrmals am Tag hält fit. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist super komfortabel, gleich in der Früh oder nach einem Tagesausflug ohne großen Aufwand u Taschen schleppen ab ins Meer. Die Küche ist mini, die Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien und Geschirr sehr gut! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein Missverständnis gab es bei der Bettwäsche. In der zweiten Woche wird diese nur gegen extra Bezahlung getauscht. Wir haben dann selber gewaschen, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Es gibt ein kleines zweites Schlafzimmer mit Luke zum Hausflur, schlechte Belüftung und meines Erachtens für eine dritte erwachsene Person nicht geeignet. Der schöne kleine Sitzplatz auf dem Balkon für 2 Personen perfekt. Fussläufig 3 Restaurants u Minimarkt vorhanden. Parken im sicheren abgeschlossenen Bereich ... Top!

Aussicht aufs Meer wunderbar Whg nett u zweckmäßig eingerichtet Whg befindet sich in sog. „Condominium", dh viele Eigentümer unter gemeinsamer Verwaltung ( da könnte man einiges besser machen ... Reinigung Stiegenhaus etc) in Vorsaison leerer , naturnaher, aber trotzdem sauberer Strand ! Perfekt PP für Kfz im abgesperrten Areal
Appartamento perfetto! Vista talmente bella che le fotografie non riescono a rendere, dotato di tutti i confort necessari e anche esteticamente accattivante che non guasta! Gestito ottimamente da Maremma Link: Pulizia eccellente e accoglienza assai amichevole da parte di Gianluca che ci ha dato parecchie dritte. Posizione decisamente strategica per tutte le esigenze: di riposo di sport, di cultura, di socialità (specie se si hanno figli). Scuola di vela e windsurf sottostante gestita da due simpatiche signore! Speriamo di tornarci!
Appartamento nuovo e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio in pineta privata molto comoda. Punto strategico per un avventura a giro per l argentario.
Vista bellissima sul mare. L'appartamento è grazioso, completo di ogni confort e comodo l'accesso alla spiaggia. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e molto disponibile. Spero di poter ritornare.
Sehr netter und loyaler Vermieter/in. Frau Maria Teresa und ihre Schwester sowie ihr Mann sind sehr gastfreundlich,seriös und zuvorkommend mit uns gewesen! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der tolle Ausblick auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar! Wer Ruhe,Natur,Sonne und Meer sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Liegenschaft ist umzäunt und hat einen Privaten Parkbereich. Vielen Dank liebe Famile May für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Euch!
