L'appartamento è carino e pulito. Ha in dotazione il necessario per la cucina, e viene fornito un kit di benvenuto per la pulizia. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, frigo, TV, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. L'appartamento è immerso nella pineta e lo spazio esterno permette di goderne a pieno. Abbiamo potuto usufruire anche del barbecue. Possibilità di parcheggio all'interno del giardino. Unica piccola nota negativa è che il nostro appartamento essendo leggermente sottoposto al piano stradale era un pò umido, problema comunque superabile accendendo il deumidificatore. Comoda anche la posizione che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il mare e il centro. Insomma una soluzione valida!
Posizione molto tranquilla e, al contempo, a due passi dal mare. Gestione del soggiorno da parte di maremmalink impeccabile. Consigliato qualche piccolo aggiustamento sull'appartamento per renderlo più pratico.
Giudizio positivo su tutti i fronti, appartamento ben organizzato e ben fornito, ottima l'accoglienza e anche la posizione. Molto gradevole lo spazio esterno.
Siamo stati nell'appartamento Oblo' per un soggiorno di due settimane e il feedback non può che essere positivo da parte nostra.Al check in abbiamo trovato in Nicoletta e Francesco due persone squisite che sanno davvero fare bene il loro lavoro : ci hanno assistito nelle fasi iniziali e sono sempre stati disponibili e presenti.La casa è in una buona posizione , a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia piu' vicina e ad 1 minuto dalla pineta che permette ,soprattutto nelle ore prossime all'alba , di godere di belle passeggiate.E' altresi dotata di tutti i confort di cui si possa aver necessità ,cito ad esempio : un ottimo impianto di condizionamento, un bel locale lavanderia , la macchina del caffè, pentole e stoviglie di qualità e biancheria di buon livello.Il patio è godibile anche nelle ore più calde grazie ai tendoni che isolano bene. Come ultima cosa ,l'appartamento da' l' opportunità di godere di uno spazio comune con l'appartamento di sopra: tale spazio permette di fruire di un bel parcheggio e di un barbecue.Che dire ? bel posto, bella casa, consigliata
Bellissima esperienza! Zona strategica vicino a mare, parcheggio auto privato. Host molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Appartamento pulito e fresco. Unica pecca è un po’ di umidità perché si trova ad un livello inferiore (tipo seminterrato).
Very clean and cozy! If you go during wintereven spring, consider that is very cold… the location is perfect, the description is as you see in the pictures. The arrival was very smooth and they where very helpful and welcoming during our entire stay! We will definitely come back!
Siamo stati questo fine agosto all'appartamento l'oblò e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo aprezzato molto questo appartamento per una serie di motivi e' spazioso e ci si muove molto agevolmente dentro, e' fresco e silenzioso, di notte si dorme molto bene. L'arredamento e' molto curato e rende la casa molto confortevole. La cucina molto attrezzata sia con stoviglie molto carine e non in numero minimo, che con pentolame di tutti i tipi e per tutte le esigenze. Ho molto apprezzato la lavastoviglie e pure il frigorifero di dimensioni normali come a casa. Molto comodo ed attrezzato anche l'ambiente lavanderia. Ed infine ci siamo goduti moltissimo la zona "terrazza" che ci ha permesso stupende cene all'aperto ed indisturbati. Consigliamo di approfittare di questo splendido appartamento perché noi ci siamo stati magnificamente. Ultimo ma non meno importante grazie a Jens per la disponibilità, la simpatia e la cortesia
L'appartamento Oblò è spazioso, comodo e molto fresco. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e grazie al cancello i bambini possono giocare liberi dentro lo spazio cintato, inoltre si dorme benissimo in quanto la notte vi è molto silenzio e chiudendo i vetri non si sente nulla. Grazie all'aria condizionata poi si dorme una meraviglia anche nelle sere più calde! Noleggiare le biciclette è stato un elemento determinante per una vacanza rilassata perché non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto dal suo parcheggio privato sotto casa! Inoltre i servizi della casa sono veramente ottimi! Da 10 e lode! Jens e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con sollecitudine e hanno mostrato grande disponibilità. Vacanza piacevolissima!
